Returns and Warranty

Returns of any purchase must be made within five (5) business days from the day the item is delivered to you. You are eligible for a refund if you received:

  1. Defective, damaged products and / or missing parts or
  2. wrong item(s) as part of your order

Upon receiving the item, please ensure that the seal is not broken. If the seal is broken, do not accept the item.

To complete your return, we require a proof of purchase (order invoice number and receipt), and the item must be in a new condition and returned in the original packaging along with all original accessories (including manuals, warranty cards, certificate of authenticity)

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also inform you of the outcome of your request for a refund. If the return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within two (2) weeks.

There is no refund for wrong orders

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you have not received a refund, please check your bank account or contact your credit card company as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

You may also wish to contact your bank as there may be a processing time before a refund is posted.

To return your product, please contact us at and we will arrange to pick up your purchase within two (2) working days if you are located in Singapore. If you are located outside Singapore, please give us a few days to pick up the item after we have contacted you.

Do note that the product that you have exchanged for may take a few days to arrive at the address that you have indicated, depending on where it is located.


There is a one-year base warranty with the manufacturer for your device that covers the manufacturing defects only.

  • Returns / Exchange

    If you have received a defective item, please inform us by sending an email to You may also wish to contact the HP service centre. The following process will apply when you call the HP Service Centre.

    1. Edukinect / The customer will log a case with HP service centre when a call is made to +65 6272 5300
    2. HP will provide a case ID
    3. HP will evaluate the hardware and write a service report
    4. Customers who have contacted HP should provide the Case ID and service report to Edukinect.
    5. HP will advise if an exchange can be approved, and if not, the next steps to take.

  • Warranty

    There is a one-year warranty with the manufacturer for your device that covers only , to cover for the manufacturing defects.
