In the event that you do not pass the exam, a retake code will be emailed to you. You may re-take the exam after waiting 24 hours from the time your initial exam was first started. Retake vouchers must be used within 30 days of the failed exam.

You can use this voucher for any one of the following exams: 

• Microsoft Excel - 2016, Office 365Apps and 2019
• Microsoft Word - 2016, Office 365Apps and 2019
• Microsoft PowerPoint - 2016, Office 365Apps and 2019
• Microsoft Outlook - 2016, Office 365Apps and 2019
  

For the MOS exams, you must have the same version of Office on the computer as the exam you plan to take. So, if you have Office 2016 on the computer, you will need to select 2016.
