Important Information

• Exam voucher number(s) will be emailed to candidates. Exam vouchers and retake vouchers are non‑refundable after purchase.
• Exam vouchers (not retake vouchers) are valid for one year from the date of purchase.
• Processing time: up to two business days.
• This exam bundle entitles you to take MOS exams online with Edukinect. To schedule your exam, email: info@edukinect.com.
• This voucher can be used to take any MOS exam in Office 2016, Office 2019, or Microsoft 365 Apps, including:
  Excel, Excel Expert, PowerPoint, Word, Word Expert, Access, and Outlook.
• Access and Outlook exams are only available for Office 2016 and 2019.

Retake Policy

• A retake voucher code will be sent to the email address on your Certiport account in addition to automatically being assigned to your test candidate profile. It will automatically be available to select from within the payment method window when you retake the test.

• You may retake the MOS exam after a 24‑hour waiting period from the start time of your initial attempt. Retake vouchers must be used within 30 days of the failed exam.
