While there may be numerous devices listed on your school’s BYOD program, they are all suitable for use at your child’s school since these devices have been chosen based on information provided by your school.
Your school may have provided you with an information pack on any specific or minimum device requirements that your child may need due to their Year Level or subjects, so we advise that you have this information handy when choosing a device.
If you are after any accessories such as a bag or extended warranty or insurance, these will become visible after you have selected a device of your choosing. Once again, the offering and range of extended warranty and insurance are after consultation with your school. Note that some schools will have required accessories already bundled with the device and this will be shown on the description of the computer/tablet. At this point in time, any accessories, warranties and insurance must be purchased in the same transaction as the device and cannot be purchased later.
We understand that some of the terminology used to describe the features of devices on any website can sometimes be confusing. However, the below information should be of some assistance to help decide what computer is best.
All our BYOD orders are fulfilled from our main distributors in Singapore and based on stock availability. Most times we will have stock in hand and deliveries take place within three to five working days. Should a particular device not be available in stock, it would be listed on to state the approximate delivery time.
This stock is Education specific and are not usual retail models, except for Apple and Surface Pro's. Should your order be required to be delivered to the school, we will contact you once the order can be collected.
To assist in providing an estimate on when the order will dispatch, we have listed specific delivery ETA’s above the ‘Add to Cart’ button on the item. Delays can occur from time to time and we will do our best to advise you once information regarding this comes to hand.
While issues may arise after your child has started to use the device, we always recommend to contact the School’s IT Department/Helpdesk for assistance. Should they be unable to resolve the matter, the manufacturer will be the next best point of call. However at any time you do not receive a satisfactory response, please feel free to contact us at email@example.com
